1421 is an existing 11 unit multi-family building built in 1910. We are adapting previously underutilized space in the basement area to add one unit. The interiors of the building have not been renovated for 30+ years and every unit and common area are being renovated to meet a 21st century tenant’s needs, including the addition of in-unit washer/dryer. These improvements not only enhance the longevity of the building but help create additional value in an existing structure rather than tearing it down and building new.
