This is a new residence located in Kirkland Washington on a quiet tree lines site with a creek. The sloped topography allows for privacy and great views of the surrounding forest all while adding privacy to the residence. The house is stepped on the first level to accommodate the low building height limit and maximize ceiling heights in the great room. Decks were added to both the bonus room and great room given this house has minimal lawn due to site slope and creek natural buffers. The primary bedroom feels like a tree house with expansive windows that show off the views of the surrounding forest.
