This project is a renovation and expansion of an existing home built in 1987. The addition will include 750sf of new area divided up between the lower and upper levels. The kitchen will receive a much-needed redesign reflecting a 21st century layout. Upstairs, the master suite will receive an expanded bathroom with walk-in closets while opening up previously hidden views of Puget Sound to the north. The home will also have interior finishes replaced and several walls opened up to better connect the rooms within the home.
