FIRST CENTRAL STATION

Seattle, Washington Central

First Central Station is located in the central district of Seattle. This mixed use building aims to activate the community with a outward reaching program of ground floor retail, community center, restaurants and a through building passage at the ground level to break up the block. The interior court yard is expansive and can accommodate a large concert or many small gatherings. This project was a collaboration with B9 Architects. and Weinstein A+U.
