NORKIRK RESIDENCE

Kirkland, Washington

This home utilized the existing foundations of the former structure, simplifying the construction progress and saving the client money. A new second level was added to provide additional area and territorial views of the surrounding landscape. The simple yet functional layout maximizes space while minimizing circulation to create a very efficient floor plan.
