STATION HOUSE

Redmond, Washington

Station House is a 196 unit multi-family building located in the heart of Redmond, WA. Sited along a full block, the building takes advantage of the natural street angles to create unique units and a strong visual presence.

With the location being off the primary retail street, we were able to receive a variance to design units rather than retail on the ground level. This allowed the building to be stepped back from the sidewalk, giving each lofted unit a generous but private patio, a unique experience for apartment units in the Redmond area. The thoughtfully composed design above encompasses a generous courtyard which includes multiple seating areas, private residential desks and fire pits. This area is directly connected to the amenity room allowing for residents to have both indoor and outdoor recreation at the same time.

This project was designed and completed while employed at Weinstein A+U as a Project Manager.
