TANGLETOWN RESIDENCE

Seattle, Washington

This project explored the viability of designing a primary residence with an independent accessory dwelling unit located within the primary form. While a small site, the design maximizes the usable area and takes advantage of views from a large roof deck. A flipped living program curates a private living experience while maximizing views.
