This home is situated on a unique corner lot in Nelson Ridge that provides privacy and unique views for the residence. It is designed around a large great room that opens up to the exterior deck and allows for a continuation of the space through three seasons of living. Both covered and uncovered spaces connect to form a large area for entertaining adjacent to the lawn. These spaces look east out over farm fields and the rural countryside. Inside the sleeping spaces are all connected in the northern bar of the building. This allows for the bedrooms to have unique views out to the landscape beyond Suncadia and due to its two story volume, not cast any shadows on the exterior spaces during the day. To cap it all off, the bunk room has a loft/ reading nook that gives port hole views to outside and provides a calm space to relax.
